Murder of a person in Ani’s Pokhudhar

Kullu. In Ani’s Pokhudhar, one person killed another by pelting a stone. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused and started investigation. After the incident, the police have intensified efforts to arrest the accused. According to the police, this case has been registered on the complaint of Pokhudhar resident of Janak Raj.

He told the police that Vicky alias Vikas Sharma, son of Raj Kumar, resident of Chakmoh tehsil Badsar district Hamirpur, picked up a stone from the stove made for lighting a fire and attacked another person.
He hit the man several times with a stone, leaving him bleeding.

Due to this he died on the spot. The deceased has been identified as Prasanjit son of Anil Shah, resident of Bhailgarh tehsil Ballia district Katiyar Bihar province. There was an argument between the two over some issue and later the accused attacked her with a stone. The police have informed the relatives of the deceased about the incident. The body will be handed over to them after they reach Pokhudhar. SP Sakshi Verma has confirmed the incident. He said that a case has been registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code regarding the incident.
