After losing the assembly elections, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel went to Raj Bhavan this evening and submitted his resignation to the Governor. Former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that hearty congratulations to BJP for its victory in Chhattisgarh. Congress Deputy Chief Minister T.S. Nine ministers of the state including Baba were defeated. According to the Election Commission, BJP has two-third majority in the state. According to the results so far, BJP has won 53 seats in the state while Congress has been able to win only 35 seats.
