A car ran over a girl sleeping in the parking lot, she died on the spot
Hyderabad (IANS) | A three-year-old girl who was sleeping in a parking lot was run over by a car in Hyderabad’s Hayathnagar area. A horrifying video of a girl child being run over by a car is going viral on social media platforms.
This painful accident took place on Wednesday in an apartment building located in Teachers Colony of Hayatnagar.
Hari Ram Krishna, who was driving the car, could not see the girl on the ground and while parking his car ran over the girl.
He is an interior designer and his wife works as a sub-inspector in the Prohibition and Excise Department.
The deceased girl has been identified as Lakshmi. His family had recently come from Karnataka.
According to the police, the girl’s mother, who was working at a construction site near the apartment building, brought her to the parking area in the afternoon to protect her from the scorching heat. He made the girl sleep on the ground.
Returning home, Ram Krishna did not notice the girl while parking the car. The front wheel of the car went ahead crushing the girl’s head and she died on the spot.
According to the police, Raju and Kavita, along with their seven-year-old son and three-year-old daughter, had moved to Hyderabad from Karnataka’s Kalaburagi district in search of livelihood. The couple are laborers.
The Hayatnagar police have registered a case and taken it into the investigation.
