A young man who went to visit Chandrahasini died by drowning in the river

While bathing in Mahanadi in the district, a young man drowned in the strong current of water, due to which he died. The body has been found by the SDRF team after 24 hours. The incident is being told at 8 am on Sunday. The case is of Chandrapur police station area. According to the information received, the name of the deceased is J. Ramesh, who was a resident of Sector 1 of Bhilai Nagar. His two friends Manoj Devangan and Narendra Sahu had reached the temple on Sunday to visit Maa Chandrahasni seated on the banks of Mahanadi in Chandrapur. During this, all three reached Darha Ghat saying that they would take a bath in Mahanadi. cg big news

During this time everyone was bathing on the river bank, when J. Ramesh’s foot slipped from the sand. He was swept away in the strong current. At the same time, both the friends tried to save him, but he had gone far by then. All three did not even know how to swim. After the accident, information about the incident was given to Chandrapur Police.

The help of police and divers was taken, but nothing could be found. After this, the SDRF team was called from Bilaspur. The search continued till Sunday evening. The team started the search again on Monday morning. After this, the body of the young man was found around 8 am.
