Abohar: An out-of-control car hit several vehicles, injuring a girl.
Punjab: On Sunday evening, a car went out of control near Maharana Pratap Market and collided with several vehicles parked along the roadside, including another car. A girl named Muskan, approximately 15 years old and a resident of Shakya Nagar, was injured in the accident and admitted to the civil hospital. When people chased the car (DL 4 C-NC 6624), the driver parked it in a lane and fled. The police later seized the car and launched an investigation.
Sultan Ram of Saeed Wala village, who was present at the scene, said that he was standing near the intersection when a speeding car coming from the direction of Sri Ganganagar Road first hit a parked car from behind, severely damaging its rear. It then struck a girl riding a bicycle, throwing her a considerable distance. People rushed to help the girl, but in the meantime, the car driver hit and damaged Sandeep Kumar’s motorcycle, which was parked near a cart.
