Absconding Pappu Bansal’s bungalow sealed

Durg. ACB has sealed Pappu Bansal’s residence at Deendayal Puram New Khursipar Durg. In the pasted notice, it has been said that the team had arrived to execute the search warrant issued by the Special Court, Raipur and after finding the house locked, it has been sealed. The seal of the house should not be opened without permission. Team to serve warrant for crime number 04/2024, section 7, 12, RPAD Act. This was done in the context of the discussion of amended 2018 and sections 120B, 467, 468, 420, 384, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Let us inform that ACB investigation is going on at five places in Raipur city also. Apart from Anil and Saurabh Aggarwal, residents of Samta Colony, investigation is also going on in Nahta Market of Sadar Bazar, Mahavir Nagar, Devendra Nagar, and Daldal Seoni of Pandari area. However, the names of the businessmen here could not be found. It was told that now Hawala has also been entered in the ACB investigation. The liquor earnings were laundered through hawala traders. Some of these people were also questioned by ED in the past. ACB officers returned from the Agarwal brothers’ place in the afternoon with documentary evidence and also refused to let both of them leave Raipur.
