Accused arrested in case of molestation of women
Reflux: Taking immediate action against the accused who molested the woman, the accused was arrested and sent on judicial remand. Senior Superintendent of Police Deepak Jha has given instructions to take immediate action against those involved in crimes related to women and children, to follow which the superintendent of police has given instructions. Under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Harish Yadav and Sub-Divisional Officer Police Bhatapara Ashish Arora, under the leadership of Police Station Incharge Bhatapara Rural Amit Patle, accused Ramavatar Dhruv (37) of Crime No. 568/23 Section 341,354 of Bhatapara Rural Police Station was arrested.
The applicant filed a report that at about 06/15 pm on 06/11/2023, Ramavatar Dhruv of village Nipaniya came chasing me near village Mudhipar pond, forcibly blocked my way and with the intention of insulting me, held my hand and arm and said obscene things. The thing is that he flirted with me by saying that he loves you, that on the report a crime was registered and taken under investigation. When the accused was taken into custody and interrogated, he confessed to his crime and was arrested and sent to jail on judicial remand from the court.
