Actress Kareena Kapoor said these things about her career after marriage
Mumbai: Actress Kareena Kapoor is in the news these days about her upcoming film ‘Jaane Jaan’. Through this she is going to enter the world of OTT. Kareena Kapoor believes that if films have the power then they will be running in theatres. But, people are more careful when they see something at home. Apart from this, the actress also expressed her opinion on the changes in her career and industry after marriage.
Kareena Kapoor recently shared interesting things on many issues during a media interview. Kareena said that she was very nervous about ‘Jaane Jaane’. He said, ‘I know that people go to theaters to watch movies. But, there they eat popcorn, enjoy music…go there just for entertainment. But, when they watch any content at home, they watch it more cautiously.
On the changes that have taken place in her 23-year-old career, Kareena said that there has been a big change in the way female and male artistes were treated and she thanked the media for this. Kareena believes that Bollywood has challenged itself and moved forward many times, we have evolved a lot over the years. Apart from this, Kareena said, ‘Hindi film industry can improve its working conditions and there is scope for improvement in timing as well. Now as the reach of film stars has increased, their power has also increased.
Kareena mentioned that despite working in many great films, when she married Saif Ali Khan in 2012, she was given a warning. He was told that his career could take a back seat. The actress said, ‘I was madly in love then, so I just thought let’s see what will happen. I was full of confidence so I knew there was a lot to do.
Kareena told that on the career front she got a lot of inspiration from her mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore. Kareena said, ‘My mother-in-law gave me a lot of confidence. After Saif’s birth, he worked in many great films. He asked me to challenge myself and the producers. Kareena said, ‘Saif comes from a family where women are ahead. So I was quite relaxed and wanted to work. Kareena also broke her silence on the age difference between herself and Saif and said, ‘It didn’t matter to me. Age does not matter, what matters is love, respect and belongingness. Let us tell you that ‘Jaane Jaan’ will be released on Netflix on September 21.
