Aditya Narayan takes a digital break, deletes all posts from Instagram
Mumbai (IANS) | Television host and singer Aditya Narayan has deleted all his pictures from his Instagram handle and said that he is on a ‘digital break’. Sharing a long note on Instagram on Tuesday, Aditya Narayan wrote that he wants to spend some more time in the real world. I am on a digital break, giving final touches to my debut album ‘Saanseen’ and happily spending time with my daughter, wife, parents and loved ones.
He said, why have I removed all the posts from Instagram? Because it’s like my digital canvas, and I want to erase my past and start afresh, like starting a new painting. I also firmly believe that from time to time we should break away from our current social bonds, spend time with ourselves and look within, for that is where I have gained some of my deepest insights into life.
Good health is only when it is multidimensional. physical, mental and spiritual. I aspire to live a healthier life, and I feel like it’s time for me to go back to school in a way.
