Akasa Air to start daily Pune-Ayodhya flights from February 15
Mumbai: In an important development for devotees of Lord Ram, Akasa Air is all set to launch daily flights from Pune to Ayodhya from February 15.
This flight will depart from Pune at 8:50 am, which will reach Ayodhya at 12:55 pm via Delhi. Thereafter, the return flight will depart from Ayodhya at 1:35 pm and land in Pune at 5:50 pm via Delhi.
Announcing the news on ax (formerly Twitter), Akasa Air said, “Ayodhya – our newest destination on the Akasa network! Fly with us from Pune and Delhi from 15th February. Please note: between Pune and Ayodhya “The flights will be via Delhi.”
Apart from the Ram Janmabhoomi temple, there are many other notable places worth visiting in Ayodhya. These include Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Treta Ke Thakur, Guptar Ghat, Nageshwarnath Temple, Valmiki Bhawan, Gulab Bari, Tulsi Smarak Bhawan and Swarg Dwar among others.

AI-powered CCTV cameras installed in Ayodhya
To ensure strong security arrangements for the consecration ceremony of Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22, 10,000 CCTV cameras have been installed across the district and multilingual police personnel in plain clothes will be deployed, officials said on Tuesday.
