AMRITSAR: Bike rider arrested for snatching handbag

Amritsar: A youth who snatched a handbag from a woman in Sultanwind area was arrested within half an hour of the incident this evening. Police received information that a young man riding a bike had snatched the handbag of a woman traveling in an auto rickshaw in Sultanwind area.

The police started a search operation and caught the suspect within half an hour. The handbag snatched from the suspect and the motorcycle used in the crime were also recovered. The handbag was handed over to the woman.
