Anil Tuteja got 14 days judicial remand

Raipur. ACB and EOW are continuously taking action regarding Chhattisgarh liquor scam. One after the other, summons are being sent to the people involved in the investigation and the case. At the same time, today ED presented retired IAS Anil Tuteja to the special court, where the special court has sent Anil Tuteja to jail in judicial custody for 14 days. Let us tell you that Anil Tuteja will remain in jail till May 20.

Let us tell you that after the new ECIR is registered, the Enforcement Directorate can now take action against the people involved in the liquor scam case in the next one week. According to the information, the Enforcement Directorate has started a fresh investigation in the excise case. During this period, liquor traders and officials may be arrested.

If sources are to be believed, ED has also started sending summons to people related to this case. In the FIR lodged by EOW, a named report has been registered against 70 people. It is being told that the same names are also included in the fresh ECIR. ED is sending summons to everyone for questioning.
