Another case registered against extortionist Rohit Tomar

Raipur. The capital police has registered another case against Rohit Tomar. Ramkumar Gupta, resident of Ramnagar Gudhiyari gave a written application at the outpost Ramnagar and informed that in return for the loan of Rs 1 lakh taken from Rohit Tomar 3 years ago, the applicant was sexually abused by both the accused, Rohit Tomar and his associate Yogesh Sinha, 3 months ago. So far, Rs 30 lakh in cash and jewelery has been extorted from the applicant by threatening him with tax kidnapping and killing him and he has been tortured. On which action is being taken by registering a crime against the accused under sections 323, 506, 294, 342, 365, 384, 34 of IPC and section 4 of Chhattisgarh Moneylenders Act 1934 in Gudhiyari police station.
