Another Hindu man dies in Bangladesh

Another Hindu man has lost his life in neighboring Bangladesh. 50-year-old Khokon Das, who was seriously injured in a mob attack three days ago, has died.

On December 31, Das, a drugstore owner, was attacked by some people while he was going to his house in Shariatpur district of the country. He was stabbed and beaten brutally. Without stopping, he poured petrol on him and set him on fire. Das escaped the attack and jumped into a nearby water body to save his life. However, Das, who was seriously injured in the attack, passed away recently while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
