Anupam Kher remembers his friend Satish Kaushik on the occasion of Friendship Day
Mumbai (IANS). On the occasion of Friendship Day, veteran actor Anupam Kher remembered his dear friend late Satish Kaushik. Anupam Kher wrote in a post that today I am missing my friend a lot.
Actor Anupam Kher posted a picture of Anil Kapoor, Satish Kaushik and himself on Instagram on the occasion of Friendship Day. Along with the picture, he wrote, “Happy Friendship Day! Missing Satish a lot today!”
Veteran actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik passed away on March 9 due to a heart attack.
Satish’s last memory includes ‘Guns and Roses’, inspired by “Misfits of the World”, the series is a mix of classic crime stories along with romance from the 90s.
It is scheduled to release on August 18 via Netflix. The series also stars Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, Adarsh Gaurav and Gulshan Devaiah.
She will also be seen in Kangana Ranaut-starrer ‘Emergency’, in which Kangana plays former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, based on the events of the Emergency declared by Gandhi in 1975.
Anupam has recently announced that he will be seen playing the role of Rabindranath Tagore. The makers will announce the name of the film on 24th August.
He also has Anurag Basu’s upcoming anthology film ‘Metro…in Dino’. The film also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ali Fazal and Neena Gupta in pivotal roles.
