Arrested for making vegetable businessman a millionaire, police made a shocking disclosure
Raipur. The police have arrested the accused who made the vegetable businessman a millionaire. According to the information, Rajendra Kumar Bharti lodged a report in the police station Gudhiyari that he lives in Adarsh Nagar Pahadi Chowk Gudhiyari Raipur and sets up a vegetable shop near Bharat Mata Chowk in Gudhiyari. On 03.05.2023 at around 06.00 pm in Bharat Mata Chowk, a person named Sanju and Vaibhav Shukla came to the applicant saying that Jio SIM offer has come and they are distributing the SIM to the applicant. Along with taking PAN card, Aadhaar card, two passport size photos, thumb impression was given to the applicant and a person named Sanju gave Jio SIM to the applicant. On 05.05.2023, Sanju and Vaibhav Shukla told the applicant about the offer of free data and free balance of 06 months in Jio, taking the applicant into their confidence, got the applicant to put his thumb impression in other documents as well. The applicant received an envelope by courier post on 25.07.2023 at his home address, which on opening it contained the bank statement of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Branch Civil Lines Account No. 1400020000000455 in his name, in which between May 08 and June 30, crores were deposited. There was a transaction of Rs. Thus by misusing the applicant’s name, signature, important documents like his Aadhaar card and PAN card by opening a bank account by cheating the applicant and misusing it. On which crime number 336/23 section 420, 34 Bhadvi was registered against the accused in police station Gudhiyari. Offense was registered.
On which, under the direction of senior officers, the joint team of Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Thana Gudhiyari Police, after making detailed inquiries from the applicant regarding the incident, started locating the accused involved in the case. The accused Sanju alias Sanjeev Bhardwaj and Vaibhav Shukla involved in the case were caught by the team members while continuously raiding every possible hideout of the accused involved in the case.
During interrogation, the accused Sanju alias Sanjeev Bhardwaj and Vaibhav Shukla told that they along with their partner Prashant Agarwal along with other colleagues make many people their victims by taking their personal documents by telling different tempting schemes and make them their victims. Without their knowledge, by misusing their names and documents, they used to open accounts in different banks and transact money in them, in which they used to get commission. On which the accused Prashant Agarwal, Jeet Masrani and Ramesh Agarwal, involved in the case were also caught by the team members. There seems to be a suspicion of transactions of Mahadev Online Satta App money in the bank accounts used by the accused, detailed investigation of the bank accounts is being done.
Along with making detailed inquiries in relation to the other accused involved in the case from the arrested accused, the holders of the bank accounts used for the transaction of money are being ascertained, action will be taken against those persons if their involvement is found in the case. - Ramesh Aggarwal father Gujarmal Aggarwal age 61 years, resident of Azad Chowk, in front of Police Station Lal Ganga Vihar M.No. 34 Police Station Azad Chowk Raipur.
- Jeet Masrani Father Deepak Masrani Age 25 Years Resident M.No. B 110 Gulmohar Park Ramnagar Police Station Gudhiyari Raipur.
