Arrested for stealing Rajshree Gutkha, 100 packets were stolen from the shop

Balod. Two accused who stole Rajshree Sada Pan Masala were arrested and sent to jail. According to the information, Umesh Kumar Kukreja lodged a report in the police station that 46 boxes of Rajshree plain pan masala were kept in the shop to be sent out. There are 100 packets in a box, the cost of which is Rs 12,000. At 10.00 pm, Rajshree was loading plain pan masala in the vehicle to be sent out, so there was no Rajshree plain pan masala in one box. Searched around for the address but could not find anywhere that an unknown person has stolen a box of Rajshree plain pan masala worth Rs 12,000 kept in front of my shop.

On this report the crime was registered under Section 379 IPC and taken into consideration. During the same deliberation, the suspected accused Atul was arrested. During interrogation, the accused accepted the theft. The accused Atul alias Ashwin Dongre and Rakesh alias Badshah Rawate have been sent to jail on judicial remand by seizing a box of Rajshree Sada Pan Masala from the possession of the same accused Atul alias Ashwin Dongre.
