Asifabad: One Dead, Eight Hospitalized Due to Heatstroke

Asifabad: One person died due to heatstroke in Yellapatar village of Lingapur mandal in the district. Eight others were hospitalized. As the heat intensity increased over the past week, a labourer named Akbar Shah died while eight others Dinkarshav (21), Maru (20), Tirupati Bai (20), Ramu (5), Sujatha (18), Yashoda (10), Hira (18), and Sitaram (45) fell seriously ill. They were rushed to Jainur Hospital for treatment.
