Assam government asks TE to pay bonus as soon as possible

Guwahati: The state government has asked all tea gardens in the state to pay bonuses to their workers as soon as possible. This year Durga Puja is from 20th October (Shashthi) to 24th October (Dashami). Giving bonuses on the eve of Durga Puja has been a long-standing tradition in Assam.
