Assembly General Election-2023 Nomination process for Assembly elections starts from October 30
Sriganganagar, 29 October. The process of collecting nomination papers will start with the release of the notification on 30 October 2023 during the Assembly General Elections-2023.
District Collector and District Election Officer Shri Anshdeep said that as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India, the process of collecting nomination papers will start with the release of the notification of 6 assemblies of Ganganagar area on 30 October 2023. Nomination papers will be received by the returning officers of Vidhan Sabha Sadulshahr, Ganganagar, Shrikaranpur, Raisinghnagar, Suratgarh and Anupgarh. The last date for submission of nomination papers will be 6 November 2023 and scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on 7 November 2023. Nomination papers can be withdrawn till 9 November 2023 and after voting on 25 November 2023, counting of votes of 6 assemblies will take place at the district headquarters on 3 December 2023.
