Attempt to murder over minor dispute, attack on head and neck arrested

Raigarh: On November 3, Rajesh Aggarwal alias Munna (age 23), resident of Chandranagar Colony in Chakradhar Nagar police station, was hit by his acquaintance Munsad Khan with his car while going to the shop on a scooty and after a fight, he was hit on the head with the key of the scooty. And a report was lodged for causing injury by hitting the neck wildly. On the report of injured Rajesh Aggarwal, Chakradharnagar police have registered the crime of attempt to murder and today arrested the accused Munsad Khan (20 years) and sent him on judicial remand.

Injured Rajesh Aggarwal alias Munna, father Suresh Aggarwal, resident of Chandranagar Colony police station Chakradharnagar told that on 03.11.2023, at around 10:30 am, he was going on his sister’s scooter to bring ration for his home. Near the Sulabh toilet under the Marine Drive Kelo river, he found Munsad Khan of Panjri Plant coming in his car, who asked him to come with him. Rajesh was going to bring ration for the house. When he refused, Munsad got angry and started abusing Rajesh while leaving. The scooter was hit from behind by a car. Rajesh got up and asked Munsad Khan to vandalize my sister’s scooter. When Munsad asked him to make it, he snatched the keys of the scooter and hit Rajesh repeatedly in the neck and head. Rajesh fell unconscious due to several blows of the iron key. On the report of the victim, a case of attempt to murder was registered against the accused Munsad and today Sub Inspector G.L. under the leadership of Chakradhar Nagar Inspector Prashant Rao Aher, the station incharge. The accused Munsad Khan, father Shabbir Khan, aged 20 years, resident of Panjriplant police station Chakradhar Nagar district Raigarh, was raided by Sahu and Hamrah staff and taken into custody. After interrogating the accused, the keys and keys used in the incident were seized and the accused was arrested and sent on remand.
