Badaun: Young man raped a two year old innocent girl, police caught him by shooting him in the leg
Bareilly: A case of rape of a two-year old girl came to light in Binawar police station area of Badaun on Thursday. The victim girl was admitted to the district hospital in an unconscious state. The police station arrested the accused youth by shooting him in the leg late in the night. The process of sending him to jail has been started.
Accused Sanjay, resident of a village in Binawar police station area, had taken a two-year-old girl to the field on the pretext of feeding her popcorn. He raped the girl, due to which the girl’s condition deteriorated. The accused absconded after the incident. During the search, the family members found the girl in the field.
The family admitted the girl to the hospital. Also informed the police. At around 2 o’clock in the night, the informer informed that the accused was standing on Ghauspur Road trying to escape. The police station surrounded the mentioned place. As soon as the accused saw the police, he started firing.
The accused got shot in the leg in the firing by the police. The injured accused was taken to the district hospital. SP City Amit Kishore Srivastava said that after registering the report, the police has arrested the accused Sanjay. CO City Alok Mishra is investigating the entire matter.
