Bank manager entered girl’s room, arrested on molestation complaint

Bemetara. The bank manager accused of molestation has been arrested by the police in Saja police station area of the district. The accused bank manager Anil Kumar Thakur (36 years) is a resident of Jamul in Bhilai, who is posted in Axis Bank Parsbod.

According to information, the applicant lodged a report that Anil Kumar Thakur, the bank manager posted at Axis Bank in Parsbod molested her. The accused currently resides in Saja’s Ward No. 13 Sinha Complex by taking a rented house. The victim said that the accused molested her on May 3 as well, but she ignored him, but again on May 24, he took her to the room and started molesting her.

After that she left from there immediately. The victim informed about the incident to her family members. After this the matter reached Saja police station. Saja police station registered a case under section 354 against the accused and arrested him. After being produced in the court, the accused has been sent to jail in judicial custody.
