Barber arrested for obscene act

Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi: Villagers caught a young man red-handed while doing obscene act with a mentally deranged woman in Danikundi village of Marwahi and handed him over to the police. This incident happened late at night, when the accused young man working as a barber in the village was taking advantage of the woman’s situation and doing obscene act with her.

Parmeshwar Shrivas, a young man working as a barber in Danikundi village of Marwahi police station, was doing obscene act with a mentally deranged woman living in the village after finding her alone at night. On hearing the woman’s voice, the villagers caught him red-handed and handed him over to Marwahi police and demanded strict action from the police. After being caught, the young man confessed his crime in writing in front of the Panchayat representative and the villagers and apologized.

Let us tell you that even before this, the young man has committed such incidents many times. On the basis of the statements of eyewitnesses, Marwahi police have registered a case of rape against the youth under Section 64(1) of the BNS and sent him to jail. Marwahi police is sending the victim to Bilaspur for treatment.
