Our two innovations have surprised world leaders: Prime Minister Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised the recently concluded ‘AI Impact Summit’ at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. He said that through this, India’s amazing capabilities in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) have been shown to the world. The Prime Minister addressed the nation in the 131st episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on Sunday.
The Prime Minister said that this conference successfully organized by the Government of India has attracted the attention of the world. He said that two of our innovations in particular have surprised world leaders at this conference. He said that world leaders have appreciated the use of ‘AI’ to track animals for treatment and the use of AI to preserve ancient Indian texts and knowledge.
The Prime Minister said that leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and people from the startup sector attended the conference. He said that India is developing rapidly using emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, space exploration, semiconductors and green energy. He said that our youth have the power to take the country to greater heights with their innovations.
The Prime Minister said that through this conference, we were able to showcase the talent of our youth to the world. Prime Minister Modi warned against cybercrime. He advised people to be vigilant against digital arrests. Similarly, the Prime Minister praised the parents of 10-month-old baby Alin Sherin from Kerala, who recently died in a road accident, for coming forward to donate her organs. He said that their decision, despite the pain of losing their child, is commendable.
