Bengaluru: Amit Shah will visit Karnataka on February 10
Bengaluru: Karnataka BJP president BY Vijayendra on Monday said Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Karnataka on February 10, during which he is expected to attend party and official programs in Bengaluru and Mysore.
Speaking to reporters here, he said that Shah is also likely to hold a meeting with the state BJP core committee members.
Vijayendra said, “Amit Shah ji is coming to Karnataka, Bengaluru on February 10. We will hold a meeting of Lok Sabha cluster leaders in Bengaluru. Four Lok Sabha constituencies will come under one cluster.”
“He is also reported to be attending a government programme, we have not received any official information yet, but he is coming on February 10. He will be coming to Sutturu (in Mysuru) around 5 pm to attend the Sutturu Jathara. Will live in.” Fair),” he said.
BJP and JD(S) have formed an alliance and decided to contest the Lok Sabha elections together. Talks on seat sharing are going on between the two parties.
Of the 28 Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka, the BJP had won 26 in the 2019 elections, including Sumalatha Ambareesh, an independent candidate supported by the party from Mandya. Congress and JD(S) had won one seat each.
