Bhilai News: Revenue department warns plot buyers, action against illegal plotting continues
Bhilai Bhilai News. Municipal Corporation Bhilai is continuously taking action against illegal plotting in Bhilai area. Today Bhilai Municipal Corporation got information that illegal plotting is being done in about 2 acres of land in Village Kohka Khasra No. 2136, 2142, 2143, 2144, 2145, on which Municipal Corporation’s Building Permission Officer Himanshu Deshmukh, Zone Revenue Officer along with his team reached the spot and took action against illegal plotting and as soon as the Municipal Corporation team reached there, the brokers who were doing the booking left the place and ran away. A new booking update was received of Ayyappa Nagar in which the place was being marked and sold as a plot. District Collector and Commissioner Devesh Kumar Dhruv has given clear instructions that before buying a plot for a house or shop, one must get its authenticity from the Revenue Department. Things to keep in mind before buying a plot The building permission branch of Municipal Corporation Bhilai, the Halka Patwari of the Revenue Department or the Town and Country Planning department should get it verified whether the plot is suitable for building a house or a shop or not. Just getting the registration done is not everything. A house requires road, drain, water, lighting and other facilities. After buying the plot, when the beneficiary applies to the building permission department of Municipal Corporation Bhilai to build a house or shop, then they get very disappointed when they come to know that their plot is illegal, does not have approval from Town in Country Planning, and cannot get permission to build a house or a shop.
