Big crocodile came out behind the school, people were shocked to see it
Neemuch. There was a stir in Jeeran Nagar, Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh, when a giant crocodile was seen behind Gyan Sarovar School late on Friday night. On information, the forest department team reached the spot. The crocodile was rescued after about one and a half hour of effort.
Actually, the information about the crocodile was received when Salim Mohammad’s father Chand Mohammad, who lives behind the private school located near the old Gangariya Khare in Jeeran Nagar, went out of the house to see his cows, then he found a crocodile some 50 meters away from the house. Movement was visible. When he went a little closer he saw a crocodile.
This information was given to Deputy Ranger Mangilal Malviya of the Forest Department of Jeeran area. As soon as the information was received, the forest department team immediately reached the spot and rescued the crocodile. The length of the crocodile is said to be about 12 feet and its weight is said to be about two and a half quintals. It is feared that the crocodile might have come towards the city from Jaju Sagar Dam located at Harkiyakhal.
