After Telangana, Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Modi) reached Rajasthan on Saturday. This is his seventh visit in the last 9 months. He has inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of projects worth Rs 24 thousand crore in Bikaner. Addressing the people, PM Modi said that Rajasthan has set up a double century in the name of Expressway. There are immense possibilities of modern development here.
At the beginning of his speech, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that I bow down to this land of heroes, Rajasthan. This land again and again waits for the people who are devoted to development and also sends invitations. The country makes constant efforts to dedicate new gifts of development, this heroic land at its feet. He said that development projects worth Rs 24 thousand crore have been inaugurated here for Bikaner and Rajasthan. Rajasthan has got two modern 6 lanes within a few months.
PM Modi further said that Rajasthan is a center of immense potential and possibilities. There is immense potential for industrial development in Rajasthan, so we are making the connectivity infrastructure here hi-tech. The opportunities related to tourism will also expand in entire Rajasthan with the fast speed expressway and railway. The biggest benefit of this will be to the youth here, to the sons and daughters of Rajasthan. He said that the Green Field Expressway which has been inaugurated today, this corridor will connect Rajasthan with Haryana, Punjab, Gujarat and Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that rail lines are being laid at a fast pace here today. Railway track is being electrified rapidly. Small traders and cottage industries get the most benefit from the development of infrastructure. In the last 9 years, we have made every possible effort for the development of Rajasthan. On this occasion, Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Gajendra Singh, besides State President CP Joshi, Vasundhara Raje and many other leaders were present on the stage.
