Big revelation in the murder case of a female railway worker, the associate who had borrowed Rs 11 lakh turned out to be the murderer
UP: Ambedkar Nagar police station has arrested the accused in the case of a woman’s dead body being found in the Knowledge Park in Greater Noida. Accused Mohd. Zakir and the woman, Pinky, worked in the Indian Railways and were posted at Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station. Some time ago, the woman had given Rs 11 lakh to her colleague, but when she asked for the money, the accused murdered her.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Chandan Chaudhary said that Pinky lived in Ambedkar Nagar area along with her family. His daughter had filed a missing complaint. He had told that on the morning of September 8, his brother had gone to drop his mother at Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station, but she did not return. The woman was on the post of technical supervisor. On the morning of September 9, his body was found in Knowledge Park, Greater Noida. He was murdered by slitting his throat. Investigation revealed that the woman had left the office around 2 to 3 pm on September 8.
After the woman left on September 8, Zakir also left the office. It turned out that he had gone on leave for a week. His mobile was also switched off. He was finally arrested on 12 September.
The accused said that so that the body could not be identified, he had poured acid on the woman’s face and body. The accused had taken a bottle of acid with him. When the police found the woman’s body, it was difficult to identify her. Later he was identified through his ID card.
