Bike accident near Taptapani claims life of youth, 2 others turn critical
Berhampur: In a tragic incident, a youth died while two others turned critical following a bike accident in Ganjam district of Odisha on Monday. The accident took place near Palukhola of the Taptapani Ghati road.
The deceased youth has been identified as Raj Kishore Swain.
As per reports, three friends from Dumuduma area of Bhubaneswar had gone for a visit to Jirang area of Ganjam district. When they were returning on the Ghat road near Palukhola somehow the rider lost control over the steering and their bike skidded off the road. Accordingly they met with an accident.
As the three youths turned critical in this accident, the locals rescued them and rushed to the hospital in Digapahandi. However, there the doctors pronounced one of them as dead.
