Bike collides with train, one dies
Uttar Pradesh. A bike rider died after being hit by Lalkuan Express on Bhojipura Nainital (Basudharan) Road, while two fishermen were injured after falling on the stones on the track while trying to escape. On the information of loco pilot, RPF, GRP and civil police arrived. In this time people ran away with the bike, dead body etc. The police could find him after six hours. In the evening, the Panchnama of the dead body of Rashid was filled. Nothing has been found about the two injured fishermen. According to Railways, Kasganj-Lalkuan Express (05369) was leaving at 930 am. The road leads to Basudharan village near Bhojipura, which is on the other side of the railway track. Pedestrians hurriedly cross the track and reach Nainital Road.
Rashid (38) of Samua village of Nawabganj also made the same mistake. Rashid started crossing the track with his bike. In this time Lalkuan Express arrived. Rashid’s bike got stuck in the track, which could not come out even after starting. Two fishermen ran to help and the train arrived. Both the fishermen ran away leaving their bike and fell on the stones and got injured. Rashid fell away from the bike. He died. The fishermen ran away from there as soon as the incident happened. Both fell on the stones. Some passersby came. Someone among them was from Samua village. It was he who informed Rashid’s family. On the information of loco pilot, RPF, GRP and civil police arrived. There was nothing there. The place of incident was of Civil Police Bhojipura. Bhojipura Inspector Neeraj Malik says, one person has died. Nothing is known about who the two injured are. The family picked up the dead body and took it to the village.
