Blaupunkt introduces SonicQ QLED TV, ready for gaming and big screens

Technology: Blaupunkt has introduced its new SonicQ QLED TV series in India, which the company claims will bring an immersive viewing experience to Indian homes. The new lineup comes in three sizes – 55, 65, and 75 inches – and all models feature 4K QLED displays, 1.1 billion colors, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and 120Hz MEMC support. The TVs feature 550 nits of brightness, a bezel-less Airslim design, and 80W of high-level audio output. They also include features for enhanced gaming.
Blaupunkt stated in a press release that the new SonicQ series builds on the company’s 100-year-old German audio engineering legacy and brings upgrades to both picture and sound quality. The TV’s QLED 4K panel features 1.1 billion colors and HDR10+, while Dolby Vision support promises improved contrast and color reproduction. Features like 120Hz MEMC, VRR, and ALLM are available for fast frame rates and smooth motion, which is expected to enhance the experience of sports and gaming content.
All sizes of the new QLED TV series run on Google TV 5.0. It supports over 10,000 apps and all major OTT platforms, including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, Apple TV, Zee5, and SonyLIV.
The audio department has also received special attention. The SonicQ QLED series features 80W Dolby Audio stereo box speakers with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital Plus support. The remote features voice commands and direct shortcut keys for apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube.
Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and multiple HDMI and USB ports. The TV packs 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
The Blaupunkt SonicQ QLED TV series is priced at ₹32,999 for the 55-inch model, ₹44,999 for the 65-inch model, and ₹65,999 for the 75-inch model. All models are available for sale exclusively on Flipkart.
