Bloody conflict over land dispute: Retired soldier brutally murdered, brutally attacked with a shovel
Mainpuri: A retired soldier was brutally murdered in Mainpuri district of UP. In a land dispute that had been going on for eight years, the murderers first shot the soldier and then attacked him with a shovel. Due to which the soldier died on the spot itself. As soon as the information was received, the SP reached the spot along with top officials along with police force. The murder accused have absconded after the incident.
The incident occurred at 11:30 pm. 65-year-old retired soldier Ramsanehilal, son of Gopiram Yadav, resident of village Nagla Asha of Ghiror police station area, was working on the farm located next to his house. The son of the deceased told that then the villagers Satyendra Yadav, Jagdish Yadav, Neeraj Yadav, Satish and Vijendra Yadav surrounded him. First they shot him and then hit him several times with the shovel kept there. His neck was cut with a shovel. Due to which he died on the spot.
As soon as the information was received, SP Vinod Kumar, ASP Rajesh Kumar, CO Kurawali Sanjay Verma, police station in-charge Bholuram Bhati reached the spot with heavy police force. The police gathered information at the incident site and took possession of the dead body and sent it for post-mortem. In view of the tension arising after the murder, the SP has deployed police force in the village.
Mainpuri SP Vinod Kumar says that it has come to light that the soldier was murdered over a land dispute and old enmity. Four police teams have been deployed to search for the murderers. Soon the murderers will be arrested and sent to jail.
