The German company has entered the two-wheeler electric sector in the country with this scooter. BMW electric cars have been selling in India for a long time, but BMW Motorrad took some time to launch an electric car. The CE 04 electric scooter is equipped with many features. This electric scooter is equipped with a 31 kW electric motor that produces 41 horsepower and 61 Nm of torque. According to BMW, this scooter accelerates from zero to 50 km/h in 2.6 seconds. Its top speed is 120 km/h. A suite of electronics monitors everything, including riding modes, a 10.25-inch TFT display and traction control.
This scooter is equipped with an 8.5 kWh battery and can travel 130 km on a single charge. It takes just over 4 hours to charge the battery. If that sounds like too much for you, BMW also offers a quick charger for an additional fee. Full charge in just 1.40 hours. The design of the CE 04 body parts is stylish. It includes design elements such as a bench-like seat, a small windshield, wheels and a single offset shock absorber.
It has a two-ring steel frame under the bicycle-like body. It has a single-bridge telescopic fork at the front and a single-sided swingarm with direct-link suspension at the rear.
