Bobby Deol revealed this in ‘Koffee with Karan’ season 8

Mumbai: In the popular chat show ‘Koffee with Karan’ Season 8, actor Bobby Deol has revealed how he left the industry when his films did not do well. Bobby was accompanied by his brother Sunny Deol on ‘Coffee with Karan’ hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar. The ‘Badal’ fame actor has made a comeback with the crime drama web series ‘Ashram’.

Talking about the low point of his career, Bobby said, “I had given up, I started feeling sorry for myself. I started drinking, I used to sit at home. I used to curse and I used to say, why don’t people take me? I’m good, why don’t they want to work with me? I think I had become very negative about everything, so much so that I didn’t have any positivity at all. I I used to sit at home, my wife used to work.

“Suddenly I heard my son saying, you know mom, dad sits at home and you go to work every day. After this incident suddenly I realized and I told myself that it will not go on like this. These things It doesn’t happen overnight. My brother, my mother, my father, my sisters, they all always stood by me.”

The ‘Ajnabee’ fame actor said, “You can’t always do things by holding someone’s hand. You have to stand on your own steps and walk. That’s when things started changing. I became more focused, more serious. When you focus If you are there then you feel that energy. I told myself that I have met many people. I will go to everyone and say that I want to work, I want work. I also came to you, you have not met me till now. Didn’t work together.

‘Koffee With Karan 8’ is streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar.

On the work front, her next film is ‘Animal’ and Telugu films ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ and ‘Kanguva’.
