Brijmohan Agrawal protested outside the House against the Emergency

Raipur/Delhi. In protest against the emergency, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) protested outside the House and asked Congress and Rahul Gandhi to apologize. Raipur MP Brijmohan Agrawal was also present during the protest.

Let us tell you that after being elected Speaker, Om Birla condemned the emergency in the House. He said – Indira Gandhi had insulted the Constitution made by Ambedkar by imposing emergency. As soon as the Speaker put forward the proposal, the MPs of the ruling and opposition started sloganeering. Speaker Om Birla asked to observe two minutes of silence in memory of those who lost their lives during the emergency. The ruling party MPs observed silence, but the Congress and opposition MPs kept creating ruckus. Congress MPs alleged that the Speaker was running the agenda of the BJP. After the silence, the Speaker adjourned the Parliament till Thursday.
