Britannia Industries profit rises 4.2%

Mumbai Mumbai: Bakery products manufacturer Britannia Industries Ltd has reported a consolidated net profit of ₹559.13 crore in the March quarter of FY 2024-25, up 4.2%. The company’s profit in the same quarter last year was ₹536.61 crore.

The company’s income from product sales grew 9% to ₹4,375.57 crore in the March quarter, while total operating income rose 8.9% to ₹4,432.19 crore. The company’s total expenses have also increased by 10.34%.

The company’s annual net profit grew 2% to ₹2,177.86 crore in FY 2024-25. The company’s total consolidated revenue grew 7% to ₹18,169.76 crore.
