Brother of murderer of woman IAS surrenders, case registered in Mandir Hasaud police station

Raipur: Varun Kaushal, brother of IAS officer accused of the gruesome murder of a construction company supervisor in the capital five years ago, has surrendered. The accused was absconding for 5 years after committing the murder. This case is registered in Mandir Hasaud police station.

According to the information, Varun Kaushal, the absconding accused of murder of construction company supervisor in Nava Raipur, has surrendered. Accused Varun Kaushal is the brother of woman IAS Kiran Kaushal. The accused, along with his partner Sameer, had murdered construction company manager Tuheen Malik by stabbing him with a knife on March 10, 2018.
