BRS protest with three members against Congress frauds
Bichkunda: Former MLA Hanmanth Shinde said that people should not fall prey to the deceitful words of Congress leaders. On the occasion of Sankranti festival, BRS organized a protest on the main road in Bichkunda town of Kamareddy district under the auspices of BRS demanding the immediate completion of the road widening and central lighting works, which have been going on at a snail’s pace for the last two years.
On this occasion, they took out a rally from Kammarigudi in the town to Ambedkar Chaurasta along with BRS activists and held a rally raising slogans like ‘Road Banao.. Bichkunda Bachao’. They protested by setting up firecrackers at houses on the roadside at the main intersections. Speaking on the occasion, he reminded that road expansion and central lighting works were sanctioned during the previous BRS regime.
He said that the Congress government that came to power has not completed the work for 25 months and the road expansion work is progressing at a snail’s pace. He said that when he was an MLA, the renovation of the two-lane road from Maddela Cheruvu village to Kandarpalli village was done, but the work was stopped after the assembly election code was imposed. Party Mandal President Venkatrao Desai, leaders Nalchar Balaji, Nalchar Srinivas, Yada Rao, Dr. Raju, Pitla Saikumar, leaders and activists participated in the program.
