BRS Sarpanch fulfills election promise

Kasipet: Peddanapalli BRS Sarpanch Kalvala Sarath Kumar of Kasipet Mandal, Mancherial District, handed over a Kalyana Kanuka to a poor family as promised during the elections. In Nayakpuguda village of the gram panchayat, the Sarpanch couple personally went to the bride’s house and handed over a saree worth Rs. 6016 for the wedding of Ramya, the daughter of Somani Posu-Ramesh.

Later, the Sarpanch said that he initiated this program with the intention of sending sarees and sarees as dowry gifts for the wedding of a girl in the Gram Panchayat in a respectful manner. Former ZPTC Palle Chandrayya Rajitha, ward members Pulikota Vamsi, L. Naveen, Palle Dharmayya, and village elders participated in this program.
