building collapsed during drain construction

Bilaspur. A building collapsed near Mangla Chowk. It is being told that a drain was being built near the building. After the incident, a crowd of people has gathered on the spot. Due to this incident, there is anger among the people against the Municipal Corporation. It is a matter of relief that there was no casualty in this accident.
