Bus accident victim, passenger bus fell under the bridge, panic created
Khandwa: In Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh, a sleeper bus full of passengers fell down from the bridge and overturned on Sunday morning. 19 passengers were injured in this incident, who have been admitted to the hospital with the help of ambulances. The bus that was the victim of the accident was going from Nagpur to Indore. As soon as the bus fell down, there was a loud scream with a loud sound and there was an atmosphere of chaos on the spot. Police is investigating the accident by going to the spot.
A bus running in the name of Ratrani Express fell down from the bridge and crashed at around 5:00 am on Sunday in Tithiya Joshi village under Ramnagar police outpost area of Kotwali police station of Khandwa district. Sleeper bus number MP09 FA 1986 of Chauhan Company was going from Nagpur to Indore. At the time of the accident, almost all the passengers were asleep, meanwhile while crossing the bridge, due to the turn, the bus broke the stopper stone on the bridge and fell down.
There was a lot of shouting and screaming on the spot after the accident. On hearing the cries of passengers, the nearby villagers immediately rushed to help and broke the glass of the bus and pulled out the passengers. Meanwhile, on receiving the information, Dial 100 and Ramnagar Chowki in-charge Manoj Dave also reached the spot with their team. At the same time, with the help of more than 10 ambulances, the injured were immediately taken to the district hospital. There has been no loss of life in the accident. The injured who reached the hospital are currently being given first aid due to minor injuries.
On the other hand, as soon as the information about the accident was received, Khandwa Tehsildar Mahesh Singh also reached the hospital and inquired about the incident. At the same time, due to about 19 injured reaching the hospital, the health department staff also got involved in the treatment of the injured. Injured elderly passenger Bharat Lal Jaiswal, who reached the hospital, said that he was going from Amravati to Indore, during which this accident happened early in the morning. After the accident, he suffered chest injuries and two more passengers fell on him, but after some time, villagers who reached the spot pulled him out of the bus by holding both his hands, after which he was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
