BYD’s new Atto 3 includes crystal LED headlights, connected LED taillights, panoramic sunroof, dumbbell-style air vents grip-style door handles, 12.8-inch electronic instrument cluster with adaptive torsion bar suspension, wireless phone charger, 360 degree camera. And one-touch electrical functions like tailgate, NFC key card, seven airbags, AEB, ACC, BSD.
The company has provided the facility of installing two batteries in an SUV. It has options of 49.92 kWh and 60.48 kWh. It can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in just 50 minutes. With these batteries, the SUV achieves a range of 468 km or 521 km. The BYD Atto 3 engine produces 150 kW of power and 310 Newton meters of torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 7.3 seconds. Eco, Normal and Sport modes are available for driving.
Scoring a full five stars for Euro NCAP safety, this electric SUV from BYD has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 24.99 lakh ex-showroom. This price is valid for the Dynamic option. After this, the ex-showroom price of the mid-range Premium variant has been reduced to Rs 29.85 lakh. The top-end Superior variant is available at Rs 33.99 lakh ex-showroom.
