Car-van collision, 4 dead

Islamabad: At least four passengers were killed and several others injured in a collision between a passenger van and a car in Jhok Yar Khan area of Pakistan’s Punjab province. The police gave this information on Tuesday.

Police officials said a speeding passenger van collided with a car on Monday, killing three people on the spot while several others were injured, Xinhua news agency reported.

He said that one of the injured died while being taken to the nearest hospital.

After the accident, police and rescue workers reached the spot and evacuated the dead and injured to local hospitals.
