Case registered against three including Ashok Bansal
Kaithal. On the orders of the court, on the complaint of Rajan Aggarwal, resident of Sector-17 Jagadhri Yamunanagar, a case has been registered in the City Police Station against Chirag Bansal, Ashok Bansal and Sanjeev Garg, residents of Karnal Road Kaithal. Ashok Bansal is a JJP leader who is the state vice president of business cell. Rajan Aggarwal told in his complaint that his daughter Ambika was married to Chirag on 16 February 2021. His daughter had gone to Canada after about three months of marriage. Sanjeev Garg is a relative of Ashok Bansal. Before marriage, on 28 December 2020, she had given Rs 30 lakh to the accused. After making an agreement, it was said that the money would be returned within one year.
It is alleged that apart from this, Ashok Bansal had also taken Rs 1 crore 80 lakh from him. The second agreement was that in return for the money, he would get 17 kanals, three marles of land located in village Saran of Yamunanagar named in Rajan’s name. The accused neither returned his money nor got any land transferred in his name. He had also spent about one crore rupees on his daughter’s marriage. Money was also given for dowry. In order not to have to pay the money, an agreement was shown between them on 29 August 2022. Rajan’s fake signature was put on it. When the signatures were checked, they were found to be fake. The accused have threatened to kill him. However, in this case, Ashok Bansal has also made three claims in the court. Investigating officer ASI Suresh Kumar said that on the orders of the court, a case has been registered and investigation has been started.
