CCI company security guard attacked, all accused arrested

The brief details of the case are as follows: The brief details of the case are as follows that the applicant Balwant Singh Chandel, father Shri Moti Singh Chandel, works as a guard in CCI Akaltara, his duty is from 10 pm to 06 am on 26/04/2024. Till 26/04/2024, at around 10:30 pm, some unknown 8 to 10 persons were digging out the iron pipe installed for water near CCI Kunwari Gate, when the applicant and other guards together called out to stop them. When they tried to do so, they heard the sound and ran away from there. After some time, at around 11 pm, the applicant along with his other companion had gone to check the CCI mines area near Alha Petrol Pump. As soon as they were returning after checking, the same unknown person 08 passed by in two cars from Taraud Chowk in front of Alha Petrol Pump. 10 people came back and asked if you are CCI guards, then the applicant said yes, then they abused the security guards and stopped them from coming and going in the CCI area, saying that they beat up the applicant and 4 others with hands, fists and sticks. On the report of injury to the security guard, crime number 215/2024 section 147,149,294,506,323 IPC was registered against unknown 08-10 persons and taken under investigation.
During the ongoing investigation, during the tracing of the accused, information was received from the informer that on the date of the incident, the accused Rajesh Ratre, Mana Kumar Jogi, Suraj Kurre, Nitesh Panimut, Rakesh Kumar Manhar and a child in a conflict with the law, Manoj Tandon resident of Muralidih were found in a white car. He was seen wandering and was taken into custody on the basis of suspicion and after being strictly interrogated, he told that on 26/04/2024, at around 10.30 pm, he was in the mines area of CCI Akaltara with the intention of stealing an iron pipe from CCI Akaltara. The accused people were digging together with the Gaiti shovel kept there. Due to the fear of being recognized by the guards there by shouting and showing torchlight, they left the pipe behind and ran away with the shovel. While running away, the accused came together and demanded money from the security guard working at CCI for drinking alcohol. While doing so, they kept Gaiti, iron shovel, iron rod and bass stick with them, beat them with the security guard and told them to run away from there thinking that he was dead. After the accused confessed to their crime, they were arrested and sent on judicial remand on 17.05.2024. Inspector Dinesh Kumar Yadav, Souni Rajendra Kshatriya, Arun Singh, P.R. Rakesh Rathore, constable Brijpal Barman, Gaukaran Rai, Vivek Singh, Deepak Kashyap, Rajkumar Joshi, Basant Sahu, Sanju Ratnakar had commendable contribution in the above proceedings.
