CG: Lakhs stolen from employee’s house, case registered
Raigarh. Raigarh. Thieves targeted the empty house of a government official in Pusaur area of the district and committed a theft of Rs 45 lakh. The thief fled with a large amount of cash and gold jewelry from the house. A theft of about Rs 45 lakh is suspected. These include gold jewelry and cash. The incident happened when the house owner had gone out of the house with his family.
The thieves broke into the house and searched the whole house and stole valuables. As soon as the incident was reported, Pusaur police reached the spot and started investigating the matter. Police have started searching the nearby CCTV footage and questioning the local people to gather clues about the thieves. Police say that soon the thieves will be caught and the stolen goods will be recovered.
