CG: Rescue operation conducted in Khairaduban and Podi villages of Pali block

Korba. After heavy rains caused floods in Khairaduban and Podi villages under Pali block of Korba district, the affected people were taken to safer places on the instructions of Collector Ajit Vasant. In the presence of Pali SDM and Tehsildars, SDRF, 9 villagers trapped in the flood were evacuated to a safe place. The villagers were advised not to go to places with fast flowing water. The administration is gathering information regarding the damage caused by the flood.
