Chhattisgarh: Case of relaxation in age limit in jobs, decision will come on July 5

Bilaspur bilaspur news. The High Court has decided to hear two cases in a full bench of three judges. One of these is related to the rules related to the employees fired from industrial institutions, the other is about the state government giving 5 years relaxation in the age limit for jobs.

chhattisgarh news On Saturday, a bench of three judges, Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha, Justice Sanjay K Agarwal and Justice Narendra Vyas heard both these cases. Under Section 25 of the Industrial Disputes Act, there is a provision to reinstate an employee fired from an institution and give compensation. The High Court has given two different orders on different petitions filed in such cases. In this context, a decision will now be taken by the full bench of the High Court. The final hearing of the case has been scheduled for July 9.
